Includes a copy of a 1724 quitclaim deed from Boston mariners Eleazer Darby and Michael Martin, shipwright John Jones, victualler Samuel Greenleaf, and their wives, to mariner Jonathan Bull, releasing their claims on his father John Bull's property, and extracts of registrar records related to land in Plymouth, Massachusetts, deeded from Abiel Shurtleff to physician Lazarus LeBaron (1698-1773) in 1730.
