Scope and Contents
This series contains samples of the wide variety of business forms, such as agreements, bills of exchange, bills of lading, checks, deeds, indentures, notes, receipts, and stock certificates. The series also includes a set of warranties and service agreements collected by Donald R. Sohn for his 1959 D.B.A. dissertation. With some exceptions the documents are arranged alphabetically by form. (Boxes 1-8, 25, 27).
