An office branch building for an advertising agency, 23 meter x 44 meter footprint. It is a 9 story reinforced concrete frame structure with 2 basement floors, spanning from 4.7 meters to 8.1 meters. Staircase and bathroom/utility cores are located at the east and west edges, therefore closing its east-west facades to neighboring lots. Currently demolished.
