General note

A two story complex of office and lecture hall in Ichinomiya City (former Bisai City), reinforced concrete frame structure. Slightly slanted walls along the entire site border (except the access) enclose the site in such a manner that a courtyard is generated between the two buildings and the access to the complex. Built.
