Typescript letter with handwritten signature from John Thacher to Robert and Mildred Bliss encloses a copy of the estimate which G. Morris Steinbraker submitted regarding the completion of the North Vista. He has sent this to Robert Patterson requesting his comments or approval at his earliest convenience.
