Coyne/Bryant "Interview"; Liquor Industry Rebuttal. Charles W. Bryant and Robert W. Coyne, President of the Distilled Spirits Institute, discuss Governor Rockefeller's recommendations to the legislature concerning the New York liquor law. Coyne disagrees with Governor Rockefeller that corruption in the industry is due to the current law and also discusses liquor prices in the state.
