Biography

Frances W. Biggs was born to James S. Bowlby (1836-1930) and Phoebe Aurelia Franks Bowlby (1845-1917). She married Clinton Arthur Biggs (1861-1930). She is buried with her husband in Lakeside Cemetery, Canon City, Colorado. Her parents are also buried in that cemetery.
