Biography

William Warren Edwards (1929-) is a landscape architect and adjunct instructor and associate professor of landscape architecture at the University of Oklahoma College of Architecture. He is noted for his residential gardens and expertise with plant material. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University where he earned a degree in botany and North Carolina State College (now University) Schoo of Design (now College of of Design) where he earned his landscape architecture degree in 1958. He received a Dumbarton Oaks Garden Scholarship in 1957.
