Biography

Denis Hubert Fletcher Rickett was born in 1907 and died in 1997. He married Ruth Pauline Armstong Rickett in 1946 and with her had two sons and a daughter. He was Alternate Governor, World Bank (United Kingdom) from 1958-1968, Vice President of the World Bank from 1968-1974, and Member of the President's Council, 1968-1974.
