She extends to him personal greetings from Mildred Bliss and her desire to meet him if he comes to Washington, D.C.

Handwritten letter from Herbert Steiner to Rose Willgoose on behalf of Mildred Bliss indicating he sent three Aurora pamphlets (#1, #6, #7) to complete the series that Mildred Bliss has in the library. The cost for the pamphlets are $2.00 each for a total of $6.00. He asks if Mildred Bliss received the Mesa Nr 3 publication and acknowledges he has received payment for the first series.
