3.3 linear feet ((8 file boxes) plus 1 folio folder, 1 supersize folder)The records have been organized into a single collection to provide a record of the planning of the Centennial and the manifold activities of the Centennial year. The collection consists of programs, reports, photographs, and clippings and is arranged in three series:
Series I: Office files of Vicki Sharpley, Centennial Coordinator, containing letters, minutes of committees, arrangements, calendar, and T-shirt competition.
Series II: Reports, arrangements, programs of special centennial events. For Dorothy Elia Howell's correspondence and research papers in re the pictorial history: A Century to Celebrate: Radcliffe 1879-1979 (Cambridge, 1978); see SC 78.
Series III: Papers of Frances Donovan: correspondence, symposium arrangements.
