Scope and Contents
Consists of one notebook from what appears to be a home economics class taken while Brown was in eighth grade. Initial entries in the volume include kitchen and classroom cleaning instructions, measurement abbreviations and equivalencies, and food classifications. Later entries consist of recipes for sauces, vegetables, soups, desserts, and candies.
