Scope and Contents This cookbook is recorded in a wire-bound notebook and includes a handwritten index at the front of the volume. The volume contains sections on breads, pickles, cakes, desserts, muffins, meats, sauces, fudge, doughnuts, cookies, drinks, seafood, and jelly. The recipes consist of handwritten entries, as well as typewritten index cards and clippings pasted into the volume.
