Scope and Contents
Handwritten recipe book containing recipes collected by Crosman with notations concerning the success of recipes and information about how and when she obtained them. The recipes include puddings, pickled and spiced fruits; jams; syrups and sauces; custards; cakes and cookies; drinks, such as café frappé and punch; and meat and fish entrees.
