Black with green and pink text reading, "Bad Attitude, Provincetown." Notch cut in collar, sleeves cut off, cuts in front and back of bodice, and hem cut off. "Alix" is written is silver marker on the lower left. Round white button with black text reading, "Bad Girl!" is pinned to the left of the collar and a silver safety pin in attached to the bodice. Attached handwritten note reads, "1984 (before it became a fad or a magazine)."
