Also included are clippings, a letter, and excerpts of record books documenting John Henry Stark's position as chairman of a committee appointed to examine and report on all transactions, doings, contracts, and expenditures of the Vermont Central Railroad Company; the report revealed corruption and mismanagement. Files are arranged alphabetically.
