Access. Most of the records are open to research, but some folders and individual documents removed from otherwise open folders, are closed to all researchers, except former Window Shop board members and their designated historian, for 75 years from the date of the most recent document in the respective folder.

To protect the privacy of employees and recipients of aid, each researcher wishing to use the Window Shop records must sign a special form.
