Group photograph of mostly men wearing identical vests and straw hats trimmed with pom-poms. At center front are a few boys, to the left is a pipe and drum band wearing kilts and to the right is a horse-drawn buggy. Some of the men in the group are holding signs whose text appears to be humorous in intent. The photograph is taken outdoors but its exact location is not apparent.
