Scope and Contents
One letter from Daniel Kimball to Lemuel Shaw in 1801, in which he writes about life in Sandwich, Massachusetts, where Kimball settled after graduating Harvard, and his attendance at a sermon of Isaiah Alden, as well as their classmate Timothy Flint’s profession; and one letter written in 1857 in Needham, thanking Shaw for a sketch of their Harvard classmate, physician Samuel Weed, who roomed with Kimball while attending Atkinson Academy in New Hampshire.
