This volume is a copy of the first part of College Book 10, beginning with the first entry for November 14, 1810 and continuing through the August 10, 1819 entry. The entries have been arranged in chronological order, though in College Book Volume 10 the proceedings for July 2, 1819 to October 20, 1819 were bound after the 1823 records in a section marked "D2." College Book Volume 10 includes tipped in documents and, beginning with the minutes of October 14, 1816, edit marks including notes such as, "This page & the next are transposed, the later is to be first" and crossed out words. College Records 5 incorporates the tipped-in materials into the minutes, and follows the edit directions. The volume includes an alphabetical index at the beginning of the volume.
