Scope and Contents

Paper notebook with green paper covers containing a handwritten sermon based on Psalm 19:12, "Who can understand his errors? Cleanse thou me from secret faults." The sermon was delivered multiple times between May 20, 1827 and January 14, 1838. There is a faded penciled note on the inside cover: "written Feb. 1801. Copied May 1827."
