Small sewn notebook containing notes on salaries of presidents and professors from 1792 to 1802. The notebook also contains objections, which focus on maintaining social rank and order. The notebook presumably pertains to the petition raised by Professors David Tappan and Samuel Webber regarding an increase in their salaries, and may be in the handwriting of Eliphalet Pearson.
