This is an article from the Harvard Graduates' Magazine, March 1917 issue, about the New York style of baseball being played in Cambridge, as evidenced in the Papers of Prof. Frederic Ward Putnam of Harvard University. These papers are held in the Harvard University Archives, although their inventory does not explicity mention baseball and the presence of the records in Putnam's papers is unconfirmed as of January 2006.
