Processing Information

Note that the written material, such as Jenkins’ notes, correspondence, and reference articles, supports the visual items in the collection. Where possible, the related correspondence and notes are included with the visual content. Additionally, items from the Expeditions, Research, Manuscripts, Illustrations, and Visual Materials, that are too big for the regular size archival boxes, are in boxes 15-17. Finally, subseries with multiple folders are split up between their intended series and the Oversized Items series.

This collection was processed by Amy C. Vo, a former student at the School of Information at the University of Texas at Austin, in the summer of 2014. The finding aid was written by Vo in 2014 and edited by Rona Razon in 2018-2019.
