Square volvelle printed on both sides. Illustration on front is of a clown (actor George H. Adams) squeezing an irate cat, with a window where the clown's face is. As the wheel revolves, it shows the clown with six different expressions. Text printed on the back: "Look on the Other Side and See Geo. H. Adams Sqeezing [sic] the Poor Cat, Isn't It Awful?"
