Among these are book sales catalogs and papers relating directly to his acquisitions for his private collection, which became the Ludlow-Santo Domingo Library.

Biographical / Historical

Julio Mario Santo Domingo (Braga) (1958-2009) was a Colombian businessman who served the director of the Santo Domingo Group. He retired early from his career in order to collect books, manuscripts, art and graphic materials, objects and ephemera mainly on topics related to drugs, sex, and counter culture. He amassed the largest collection on these topics in the world, naming it the Ludlow-Santo Domingo Library.
