Subject: Head of man on body of serpent with wings, crawls through grass, with town in far distance, as a group of worried figures at left look on while sitting on books. Captions above some of the heads: Is that the Transyslvanian? Monstrum horrenidum ingens informe & c!! Those may here become aware of the venom of the serpent, who have only been admiring its bright colors & glittering eyes.
