General note
A film which depicts courage, ingenuity and a sense of values. A shaggy dog, Clown, lives with a street urchin in Paris. The two are inseparable until one day Clown runs off. The child searches desperately for the dog and has nearly given up hope of finding him when suddenly he spies his cherished pet. Running over to embrace him, the boy suddenly realizes that his beloved dog is tied and the rope is held by a poor old blind man. The boy slowly walks away, leaving Clown forever.
