He thanks her for her gracious hospitality and the pleasure and privilege of sitting at her table. He greatly enjoyed the symposium and the renewal of acquaintences on such an occasion. "Both you and Mr. Bliss have brought into being an institution that is quite without parallel." He offers his best regards to Robert Woods Bliss.

I think it was quite the most delightful party I've ever been to at Dumbaton Oaks (and I've been to many). She says it was a pleasure to be in such an atmosphere. Therese offers "a hug and a kiss" to Mildred.
