She tells her Mrs. Horner called asking if Bliss would be interested in listening to her upcoming broadcast on WOL radio (Washington, D.C.) when she will be talking about "The Romance of Gardens". Mildred Bliss was unable to listen. She also does not object for Horner to mention the Dumbarton Oaks Garden poem on the Azaleas in her next broadcast on "Charm in Gardens".
