Copy of typescript letter with handwritten notations from Mildred Bliss to Ruth Havey tells her she has studied the envelope of sketches. Mildred Bliss offers comments on various garden projects: the terror seat, finalities, the cool house conversion to a garden center, the finalities, and Melisande steps. With letter are two estimates from G. Morris Steinbraker and Sons sent to Mildred Bliss for those projects. Additional copies of Mildred Bliss's letter and an estimate are included.
