Morris Steinbraker for the entire job with a start date of July and end date of November. A photocopy of this estimate is now with this letter. He discusses moving some of the box on the cedar terrace elsewhere. He has working drawings for the project, but no renderings. He asks for her thoughts and reactions on the problem....
