July 27th to travel to Reef Point to talk about books for the Dumbarton Oaks Garden Department. She asks Beatrix about travel arrangements for her trip. Sweeney reports a total of 3032 visitors to the Dumbarton Oaks Garden for June 1947. She encloses an example of the printed card for the planting list. .
