Typescript letter with handwritten signature from Louis Lancaster to Mildred Bliss discusses architectural plans for the director's house at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, Santa Barbara, California and changes made into a new floor plan. The architect will also make sketches of the exterior and send them to Mildred when completed. Sketches which Mrs. Kimball offered were enclosed, but no longer with letter.
