The unknown correspondent informs Mildred Bliss that he/she and another person will be unable to stay when they travel north, but asks if they can let her know when when they return in October to meet with Mr. Phillips and various foreign diplomats about a trip to the East next Spring. He/she encloses a rough draft of a Greek inscription with an English translation.
