Exchange of handwritten and typescript letters between Helen Richardson and Mrs. Henry Howard and Mildred Bliss and her secretary about opening up the Dumbarton Oaks garden to the Girls Scouts, Camp Council, May Flather to raise funds for the camp. After an exchange of letters, the Girls Scouts responded that they must forgo the pleasure of Dumbarton Oaks gardens.
