Handwritten letter from Ruth A. Bawell to Robert and Mildred Bliss thanks them for their generosity in funding two musical concerts at the Georgetown Branch of the Public Library. She tells them that the flowers were a rare treat in themselves, and she wants them to know that the thought, work, and time spent on these musicals were deeply appreciated.
