Maunsell van Rensselaer's doctor has ordered him to take three weeks leave. Handwritten signature by secretary on behalf of Beatrix Farrand, "Beatrix Farrand, (Mrs. Farrand asked me to sign this letter so that it might evoke an earlier post), HI[?]."
