Scope and Contents
Typescript letter with handwritten signature from Beatrix Farrand to Anne Sweeney discusses Beatrix's plans for coming to Dumbarton Oaks for joint work and wants to prepare for the meeting with Anne Sweeney. She is sending an agenda to Anne and asks she return it after reviewing and adding any questions she may have. Beatrix asks Anne for the balances on the book and prints accounts and what new books and prints she would like with with costs. She wants Anne to create the word content for a leaflet for the Dumbarton Oaks Gardens modeled after the one for the Morton Arboretum and the Arnold Arboretum. She requests a list of ideas for the leaflets. The leaflets will be about 4 pages and include a front illustration. Agenda sent with letter is no longer with the letter.
