Scope and Contents

Copy of typescript letter from Anne Sweeney to Beatrix Farrand tells her it is nice to know Beatrix is planning on coming to visit Dumbarton Oaks in November. John Thacher has told Anne of his pleasure of visiting Beatrix at Reef Point, and how well Beatrix looked. Anne returns the carbon copy of Beatrix's agenda with her notations. She comments on reprints of Beatrix Farrand's article in Landscape Quarterly; colored kodachromes for sale; funding for buying more books; postcards for sale and cost; the shelving of the comfort station; and clarification on Beatrix's reference to Record Book and Photograph. Anne lists books she would like to have along with the price of them.
