Scope and Contents
Series V contains several sets of patient cards and charts, including medical illustrations, patient case histories, manuscript notes, consultation notes, pathological reports, temperature charts, writings and speeches with corresponding patient data, and patient histories and drug card files. This series is unprocessed and contains several alphabetically organized subseries of patient records that have not been refoldered or integrated.
