Scope and Contents
Consists of electronic records produced as a result of Leon Eisenberg’s research, publishing activities, and speaking engagements. Series includes manuscript and lecture drafts, grant applications, conference records, notes, articles, correspondence, letters of recommendation, and Eisenberg’s curriculum vitae. Frequent topics include the teaching genetics in medicine conference held at Harvard Medical School, managed care, human cloning, alternative medicine, and the history of psychiatry. Series also contains Eisenberg’s outgoing personal correspondence with family and friends, as well as his outgoing professional activities related correspondence. Frequent correspondents include Arnold Relman, Barton Childs, and Catherine deAngelis.
