Scope and Contents
Series III contains records from EHK's research activities at Boston City Hospital while working at the Mallory Institute of Pathology, the Thorndike Memorial Laboratory, and the Channing Laboratory. Correspondence, research notes, and statistical data from EHK's study of pyelonephritis, antimicrobial treatments, kidney disease, urinary tract infections, and sickle cell anemia are part of this series. Also includes correspondence, research, publications, event plans, and photographs from EHK's work with Maxwell Finland at Boston City Hospital and the Thorndike Memorial Laboratory. Meeting minutes, correspondence, and related administrative records located in Series IIIB are from EHK's participation on the executive board of Boston City Hospital.
