Includes two 1735 quitclaim deeds for a dwelling home and land from Boston mariner Samuel Lewis and his sister Elizabeth Goldthwait to their brother Philip Lewis, and a 1757 quitclaim deed from Thomas Lewis to his mother Lydia Lewis, all of which were entered into the Suffolk County Records of Deeds in 1772.
