There is also a list of debts due to the estate from Dr. Caspar Wistar (1761-1818), Rachel Drinker, Samuel Noble, and William Jackson, among others. Contains letters to William Trotter from his brother-in-law Ephraim Haines and his father, cabinetmaker Daniel Trotter (1747-1800), dated 1779-1797, concerning family illnesses and the Philadelphia yellow fever outbreak. Daniel Trotter also writes about news of the return of friends and associates to Philadelphia during the election of 1797, including William Sansom and Captain Bethell.
