Biographical / Historical

Built by Fall River Iron Works to handle waste from some of the local cotton mills. The mill was struck by lightning and destroyed by fire in 1888 and operations discontinued in the late 1890s. The mill was demolished in 1905 and the Iron Works Mill Number Seven built on the site.
