Correspondence, journals, ledgers, cashbooks, production records, payrolls, timebooks, and bills, 1845-1886, of Parker Mills; and some records, 1886-1918, of Tremont Nail Company, successor to the firm; together with some records of Bridgewater Iron Company, Bridgewater, Mass.; and records, 1851-1855, of C. C. Sprague, also engaged in nail manufacturing.

Manufacturer of nails and similar hardware, Wareham, Mass. Established in 1819. In 1882 Parker Mills were taken over by the Bridgewater Iron Company which failed in 1886. The mills were then acquired by the Tremont Nail Company of Wareham.
