Account book kept by Medford, Massachusetts ship carpenter and joiner Judah Loring from 1839-1853. The entries include expenses paid for labor contracted, ship building supplies, lumber, and household and personal goods. Also included are lists of expenses paid to workers and businesses related to the construction of specific ships.
