Series I: Polaroid Corporation Board of Directors meeting records, 1966-2005
Scope and Contents
This series consist of Board of Directors meeting files. Included are meeting agendas, minutes, presentations on company progress, project updates, reports, financial earnings, and memos. The Board of Directors meetings occurred monthly, usually at Polaroid's Technology Square headquarters in Cambridge and occasionally offsite at Wellesley College, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Museum of Science, Boston. It appears the majority of the files were kept by Richard F. deLima, Corporate Secretary and Chief Resident Counsel, with the exception being those kept by June A. Knowles, legal secretary. Ms. Knowles files include "jak file" in the title. This series also includes one VHS tape related to project Helios and an audio recording related to the Polaroid Customer Care Center. The born-digital materials include files related to Board of Directors presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
