Scope and Contents
This series consists of invoices and bills of lading, bills and accounts payable, receipts, certificates, and correspondence related to the general store and import/export business of Thomas & William Davis. Also includes correspondence related to the detention of the schooner Harmony in Nova Scotia by the British government, and a copy of the will of LeBaron Bradford, husband of Sarah Davis (Thomas's daughter), dated in 1846.
